Perhaps we are displaying a good sense of humor by labeling this beer with the name of a saint, or perhaps we are in love with a woman who has created the recipe for it. But let us keep this a secret. While the mystery is delightful, the uniqueness of this beer is not in its name, but in its exceptional production technique and in the caramel malt used in brewing as well as in its color, which varies from light brown to rich amber. The scent of this beer is pleasant, intertwined with sweet notes of honey, nuts and herbs. The taste of this beer is perfectly balanced and quite unusual, a little mysterious – just like the origin of its name. So after all, maybe love does have something to do with it?
