Crystal hop is double distilled from German-type top-fermented beer which is specially brewed in our own Manor brewery. From 2 to 3 litres of beer is used to distill every 0,5 l bottle. We use fire wood and copper stills for slow distillation as well as double filtration to achieve balance of fruitiness and maltiness in the taste. Different type of malt, hops and yeast are used in every batch and then hand-written on every bottle so everyone could hop in and join the adventure of slightly changing Crystal hop.
